Finally all my examinations are completed. So happy. Pray that i will get good results for this semester too. To treat myself, went down to gold coast to find andy and jacky for a movie and tennis.

Reached gold coast around 2.15pm, pretty fast and smooth. No jams and traffics. After hanging in their house for a while, went straight to harbourtown to watch GAMEPLAN. Quite a funny and touching movie. Might sound weird to use these 2 terms together, you will understand when you watch this movie. Hee. Andy drove my car to harbourtown, i was sweating in the car, too afraid of his driving. Hahaha.

Afterward, have dinner in surfer paradise before going back to have a few game of tennis. It seem so long that i last exercised. I feel that im really getting old. Some sign that im getting old. When we were running to the tennis court which was less than 1km, i stop halfway panting for breath. Then i feel so tired just after a few game of tennis, i still remember i could do much much more than this last time. Its time to admit im old. Arghh!!

If everything goes smoothly, i should be heading down to bryon bay for some getaway with joanne. Been so long that we went for a real nice date. Hope this will be a nice trip. Heard that there a nude beach there, interesting! Hee. Will update again with bryon pictures! Stay cool!

Suddenly feel the urge to blog again. Maybe to clear the cobweb laying around my blog. Exams are coming in exactly one week time and I'm totally unprepared for it. Shouldn't say unprepared, too exaggerated. Should use not fully prepared. Ha. The feeling is just not the same as last semester. During the exams period last semester, i feel confident and well prepared. But this semester was totally the opposite. Maybe I'm taking a higher level course. Everything i learn seem to disappear from my brain the moment i woke up the next day. What happened to my brain? Getting old? Can someone tell me? Hope to get the same result as last semester but it seem so hard and impossible. Maybe i should lower my expectation so i don't feel so stuff up.

Hi to everyone out there sneaking around my blog. It has been sometime since i last updated my blog. To be exact, it 9 days shy of 2 months. Hee. Life has been quite busy for me this few weeks since i arrive in australia. Busy with school works and stuff, just don't want to lag behind the lecture. The feeling of not understanding the lecture is just so terrible. Ha.

In another week or so, 24s guys and gals are going to celebrate the annual birthday party. So sad that i will not be able to attend the party. Been to the party every year since my poly time, feel kinda of left out this time. Just hope the party will be a success and everyone will try their best to turn up. P.S. Don't be sad because im not there. i know that i am important. :p

Have been online this few weeks watching singapore drama. Quite addicted i should say. Ha. The TV in the living room is starting to accumulate dust. Hee. Finish the champions; where fiona xie run down orchard road, honour and passion; up to esp 11 and kinship; esp 3. Technology is just so advance that we can't live without. Imagine a decades ago, are we able to do this? Hee.

Don't know why this few days feel so unmotivated. Everything around me seem so dull and boring. Need something new to spice up my life. Anyway gg to hit the bed now. So tired. Tomorrow still has a long way to go. Zzz...

Mission Accomplished

Finally finally finally, all my examinations for this semester are completed. Feel so light and happy at the moment. Hee. Hope all my hard works for this semester will be rewarded by good results. All my papers are relatively close to one another. 16 June 2007: econ1310 and econ1010, 18 June 2007: finm2401, 19 june 2007: acct2101. Lucky still managed to study finish for all subjects.

After examinations, went for a celebration with andy and shujun to southbank to watch shrek 3. Quite a funny show and i recommend it to those who like comedy show. Afterward, andy send me to city and i walk around for roughly an hour. Bought some drumsticks from coles and it was cheap. 8 for $2.30. Ha. In singapore, drumstick expensive and breast meat cheap but here in australia, drumstick cheap and breast meat expensive. People here are more health conscious and therefore very selective on what they put into their mouth.

Tomorrow going to city to get some presents for my familys and friends. Please do not expect expensive presents because i am still not earning my own upkeep. Ha. Before that, going to do a spring cleaning. My room look like a warzone with papers and books flying around. My laptop screen has a layer of dust on it. Omg!! Going to revert it back to the cosy and nice bedroom i once had. Hee.

After i came to australia, i think i start to like to do cooking. Cooking has become a "destressing" activity for me. Ha. Learn to cook quite a number of dishes on my own. My signature dish is hokkien noodle. Do not belittle my hokkien noodle, i think can fight with the hawker centre. Tomorrow going to attempt another dish called the fried prawn noodles, like the one in newton and wisma foodcourt.

I realised that i have become more independent after staying in australia for this couple of months. Even in army, i am not so independent, i still can bring my uniforms back home to ask maids to wash. For the food, army provide too. Ha. But here is a different story, every single things have to do myself. Washing of clothes, ironing of clothes, cooking of lunch and dinner, cleaning of toilet, cleaning of house and many more. No maid here so have to do myself. Feeling more independent here, even have problems have to solve by myself, familys and friends are all in singapore. Hee.

One more week and my examination will begin. Feeling happy, excited and worry at the same time. Ha. Been studying the whole month and i really hope i can score well for the final examination. Just give me 4 HD will do. Hee.

And yes, the weather getting colder and colder. When i was in singapore, i on aircon to get to sleep. Now, i on the heater to get to sleep. Still prefer singapore weather because when it is cold, it is so hard to study as you often want to hide behind the blanket and get to sleep.

All my friends out there, please give me some moviation to get me to study for the final examinations. Hee. Time to hit the bed, good night.

Study Week

People have been complaining that i haven't been updating my blog so decide to do so now. The reasons behind? Plain lazy and have been spending time revising for the final examinations. Hee.

Study week has come and i am pretty excited about it because soon it will be examination. After examination, will be travelling down to cairns for a couple of days to visit the famous great barrier reef and try some of the water sport there. Heard from friends that there are a lot of water activities to try on.

Been counting down to the 27 june 2007 so i can fly back home to be with my family and 24s friends. Been missing out a lot of the 24s gathering, really missed all those saturday outing. Just hope i will not be "outcasted" by them. Wahaha. Looking forward to going to genting with the 24s on the 8 july 2007, definitely will be fun and enjoyable. As the saying goes "its not the trip that matter but the company that matter".

Yesterday was the birthday celebration for ashley and haresh. We organised a surprise party for them at the salt and pepper fish cafe at hawken drive. The weather really play us out, after the dinner and when it was time to cut the birthday cake, it suddenly started to dizzle. In the end, we have to went to ashley house to cut the birthday cake and chit chat till 10pm. Ha.

Some good news between the last update till this update, got full marks for the third microeconomics common test. Really happy as i didn't except to get full mark. Have a sense of achievement for this semester because most of the modules, i score pretty well. This mean that my hard work had paid off. I just pray that this lucky streak of good result will continue. Hee.

Going to continue revising my examinations. I will try to update this blog as often as possible, but no promise. Ha. Cheers!!

So long never updated my blog. I guess most of you miss me right? Hee. A short break down of what i do this few days.

Friday - Went to watch spiderman 3. Not bad. Like the part when the friends joined power to get rid of sandman and venom. After that went to beach house to have some beer. On the way there, saw something crazy. One guy on the street suddenly pull down the tube and bra of his girl friend, like the japan porn video. REALLY INSANE. Ha.
Saturday - Went to school to borrow acccounting book for reading.
Sunday - Went to school again to study for microeconomics test.
Mon - Sch as usual
Tue - Stay home the whole day to study for microeconomics test.

My life is getting more and more boring with all these studying. No choice. Have to study for examinations.

Today complete another microeconomics common test. Hope can get good mark for it. Finally, all my mid semester examinations and common test are all completed. What is left now is the final examinations that will be coming in less than a month. Gonna study hard from now on, no more slacking. Ha.

Today went for a run in the evening to reorganise my mind as well to exercise. Long time since i last run, even old uncle also can run faster than me. Hiy. Feel so weak. Ha. Don't know what to enter for my blog, everyday seem like a routine to me, go to school, back home, study, watch tv and then go to sleep.

Anyway going to bath now, so stink of sweat. After bath, study again. Sianz sianz sianz. No choice, have to endure for these 2 years and it will be over soon. ENDURE!!

In the morning, went to school to conquer another paper, Statistic. Initally though that the paper will be easy but in the end still have to rush to complete the paper. Lucky, still managed to finish the paper on time. Hee. Hope will score a good result, best is a HD. Ha.

After that, went to indor shopping centre with eric to look for aquarium heater. Didn't manage to find the heater because all the voltage are too high. Ate laska for lunch, not bad compared to other laska stall in australia but still lose to singapore katong laska. Hee. Walk around and didn't get anything.

Went back home after the fruitless trip to indor to wash fish tank. Now the fishes are happily swimming inside. Hee. Rest for a while before going to southbank with eric again to enjoy the buddha festival held there. Not as grand as in singapore but still quite nice. Fireworks display start at nine and last for 20 minutes. After that, neo and ei hua joined us and went to city to watch soccer and drink some beer. I think i start to like beer which i think it tasted like bitter gourd in the past.

I realised that city in the night is quite dangerous. People shouting and police running up and down. Ha. Around 12 plus, went back home to sleep. Yawnz...

Someone say i didn't update my blog. Don't know who that NUS guy is? Try to make a guess lo! Its easy to guess la. Not so handsome. Unlike me!

Finally secured my flight back to singapore. If nothing went wrong, i should be back on the 27th june 2007. Feeling kinda of happy. Don't know why. Ha. Gonna eat chong pang hawker everyday. Gonna eat supper with familys and friends everyday. Gonna sleep on my queen size bed (hard time adjusting to single bed in aust). Gonna slack at home everyday. Gonna play with my 3 darling (rex, furry and rain). Gonna drive my subaru TS. Gonna suan ed, th, eug, pat, caleb, xh, yx and jl. Gonna watch chinese drama programs with my 50 inches LCD TV . Gonna visit everyone i know. So many gonna. Hahaha.

Finally its weekend again. Time to rest and recharge my energy. This morning went to west end to get some vegetables for the week ahead. The vegetables there are fresh and cheap compared to the mega supermarket here. Then went to indorropilly in the afternoon to have lunch. Ate a traditional club sandwiches, quite nice, better than the one i prepare. Wahaha. But the price is expensive, $12.90. Heart pain.

The whole day seem like evening time to me. So dark and windy. Don't know where the sun had gone to? Maybe taking a break? Ha. Its saturday, missed the time when i went out with the 24s' guys to chill out every saturday. Really missed those days.

Someone fell asleep when waiting for the citycat to westend.

Anzac Day

Hi all. I'm back to update my blog again. Perhap i'm really bored this few days so have the time to update my blogs. Ha. Today is a australia public holiday, anzac day. This day is a day to remember those australia under 16 war heros who die in world war 2.

In the afternoon , my aunt and cousin came over to visit me. They bought chicken rice along. Hee. Didn't taste as nice as in singapore but i think is the best that they can bring in queensland. Hee. Heard from my aunt that another aunt is singapore just went for a brain surgery and did not turn out well. If i'm not wrong, it shld be the fault of the doctor who accidently injured the nerve vein. So sad. Why the doctor cannot just do their job well. Don't know what the doctor is doing. If he no confident then don't operate for people.

Tomorrow school is starting again. Gonna start revision for statistic too. The statistic exam is comming soon. Take care everyone. See ya soon. Me going to hit the bed le. Night.

Moviation

Where is all my moviation to study went to? Didn't study much this 2 days, feel so gulity. Hope my moviation will be back soon!

Went to school this morning for statistic pass session and then wait for 1 hr before attending the make up microecon pass session. Since is a make up pass session, i look for that building for 15 mins (school too big). When i get there, it turn out to be a microecon tutorial class. What the !#$#$? The timetable state that is a pass session.

On the way back home, get myself 2 siamese fighting fishes. Been wanting to get those fishes and finally make up my mind to get it. In the end, my pocket lighter by $52. Hee.

Finish 3 mid semester and 1 more to go

A sense of relieve is felt all over my body. This week has been a stressful week for me. 2 mid semester tests (microeconomic and financial reporting) cramped into 1 week. Have the microeconomic mid semester test on wednesday and followed by financial reporting mid semester test today. Finally finished both the tests and can take a short break for today.

Just hope that both the results will turn out to be HIGH DISTINCTION. Hee. On 5th may, there will be another mid semester test on statistic, gonna study hard for that too. Mostly practice i reckon and that is my forte. Hee.

Start to cook more after i came to australia. Think my culinery skill has improved. Maybe next time when i am back in singapore, i will cook for all my familys and friends to sample. Ha. Going to take a break today for all the hard work that i have done in this week. Going to chinatown to stock up all the herbal tea. barley and foods tomorrow. Feeling kinda of heatiness in my body this few days. After that, going to start revising again. Time passed so fast and final year exams will be here in no time.

Number, number and more number

I have been seeing number, number and more number. Just realised that 3 out of 4 modules of mine is associated with number. That are statistic, financial managment and financial reporting.

There is a economic test tml but i have no motivation to study and i don't know why. Hope can be able to study after i enter this blog. Hee. After getting to australia, i realised my social skill to make more new friends has disappeared. Feel so lonely without much friends. Nevertheless, this road is chosen by me and i will continue to walk on. I know this is for my future. Just hope that more friends will come by and make my life more interesting.

Yesterday was a very happy day for me. Got full marks for my financial management test and it make up 40% for the final grading. Hahaha. Hope will get a HD for this subject. Was really a pleasant surprise for me.

One week holiday is coming to an end. This mean that another 3 more tests is on the way as well. Have one on the coming wed, another on sat and the last one on 5th may. Pray i can score well for this 3 tests as well.

Hi everyone. Has been a few days since my last post. Hee. Its the start of the one week mid semester holiday. Yea!! Actually can't really call it a holiday for me because after this so called "holiday", there will be 3 mid semster tests for me.

What is a holiday without a real holiday? So i will be going to gold coast tomorrow for a short break before starting to study again. Going to take lots of pictures to show you all. Can't lose to edwin! Hee. The last time that i went to gold coast was long long ago, like in secondary school time? Not too sure myself. Ha. Old le, memory failing me!

Went to watch mr bean on friday. Not really as funny as i expected. The previous one was much more funny. That day was also our 25 months anniversary. Time pass really very fast. "One turn eye", we have pass through 2 years. Hope there will be many more months to come. Ha.

Don't know what title to put so end up putting the date. Didn't do much thing today. I went to school in the morning for an hour and came back home to do up the statistics quiz which score 24.58 / 30. Kinda disappointed with the result. Hope that the next quiz will score higher marks.

Entered the JP MORGAN investment competition. A very interactive competition, the price of the stock go up and down like the stock market. Bought a few investment, hope can earn some money. Although is not real money that is earned, but still is quite a fun competition.

I miss Singapore

Time in australia really passed quite fast. Been in australia for 2 months and 5 days exactly. Started to miss singapore more and more. Didn't expect myself to miss singapore so much. Maybe i should't say i miss singapore, i just miss my familys, friends, dogs, cars and my house back in singapore. And also, the foods in singapore(laska, mincemeat noodle, fishball noodle, prata, mee goreng, rojak, chicken rice, ice kacang and many more).

Really feel relieved today after the 40% mid semester financial management examination. Study hard for the past 1 week for this examination. Of course hope to score really well for it. For a reward for studying, decided to give myself a short rest before i start to revise for the other 3 mid semester examinations that commence after the 1 week break.

In the afternoon, i went to the city with eric to get heater for the winter, weather is starting to get cold. Been having slight cold this few days. Now then i realise that i like the warm weather back in singapore.

Hi everyone. How lifes for you all? After a long time of not blogging, decided to start again. Tommorrow having a mid semester test on financial management worth 40%, hope can really do well. Life been really boring for me, nothing to do everyday in australia. Really miss the time in singapore where i can spend time with my family, friends and also my precious 2 dogs.
